At Lalique, we strive for perfection in every garment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to your Lalique account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
